Shop Assistant – In-Gear Cycle Sport

We're looking for a reliable shop assistant to join our close-knit team in a welcoming, low-pressure environment where quality of life matters.
*The Role*
This is a stable, permanent position focused on day-to-day shop operations. You'll be the friendly face of In-Gear, helping customers, keeping things running smoothly, and creating a great atmosphere in our shop.
*Key responsibilities:*
- Day-to-day running of the shop floor
- Customer service and sales support
- Basic bike maintenance and repairs
- Preparing quality coffee on our Italian espresso machine
- *Stock management and shop presentation

- Basic bicycle mechanics skills (essential)
- Friendly, customer-focused approach
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Passion for cycling and the cycling community
