No Place For Us is a totally enthralling piece of story-telling that brings to life a perhaps less well-known slice of (pre)WWII history, a remarkable offer of (sort of) refuge for Jews fleeing N**i Germany. There’s subterfuge and sabotage, spies and spirits, tricks and trauma, double-dealings and dead-ends. Great story, wonderfully told.

It’s out in February but available to pre-order now, so you should probably do that. From a bookshop, of course. 😊

We’re very excited to share news of the publication of Little Spark from the brilliant being celebrated right next to the bookshop in The House of Automata. Jess Kidd will be here; there will be readings, signings, and Q&A-ing; there will be magic, mayhem and automata; there will be snacks. You will love it.
