Jellycat customers: I will load new photos at noon, but a post with a little direction beforehand. 1. I will be dealing with each request on a first come first serve basis, so please don’t send me reminders or add-ons as this will put you to the back of the queue. If you have forgotten something with your first request, wait until I contact you. 2. It is just me in the shop. Just me physically in the shop with customers, me responding to requests, me packing and sending the items and me doing all the boring admin as well. It took me the full month of June to get through the first batch of requests, although I have a lot less now, I anticipate that it will take me that long this month as well. I cannot handle urgent enquiries, so if you have deadline, I suggest trying another shop. 3. I cannot post items overseas. This includes having items sent to a UK address for further posting. 4. I have already received 40 messages before my photos have been posted. So if you send me a message within the first minute, you will still be behind those requests; however, more knowledgeable about what is available. 5. Please do not ask me to send lists of what I have or send individual photos. See item 2, I just can’t do that. 6. I have been going nonstop since June 1st, so I will be taking four days off (July 8-11), putting a pause on requests and won’t be able to respond to messages easily, but will be back at it on the 12th . And lastly, the high season is upon us in the Highlands, so I will not be doing an August 1st posting, but will be back for September 1st.
