Its been ages since I posted on the site but thank you to all our lovely customers who have been ordering steadily on the Etsy site. Unfortunately I have to apologise to our overseas customers, particularly in the USA as we are having serious problems getting our embroideries through customs. We have currently 11 orders which have been held up in customs or returned to us marked up as "Invalid Postal /Zip Code". We have checked with the customers and also verified that the Zip codes and addresses are indeed correct but the customs/courier systems are not allowing them to be delivered or even sent out for delivery. The courier "support" site is useless, the items are tracked but the tracking is no help whatsoever. We are providing full refunds to customers who are facing this delay in getting their orders delivered and will continue to try to get our international deliveries back on track for speedy delivery with alternative carriers. Happy sewing in the meantime.
