Are you ready for the coming heatwave?

5 tips to protect yourself in the sun 🌞🌞

1. Avoid going out when the sun is at its' hottest. That's usually 12-3pm.
2. Spend time in the shade- whether it's under a parasol or staying in covered areas ⛱⛱
3. Wear a hat and thin cotton clothes - if you're prone to sunburn where a light long sleeved top to protect your shoulders and arms.
4. Drink plenty of water - you can become very poorly if you de-hydrate. We all sweat more when its' hot - so make sure you increase your fluids.
5. Wear a high factor suncscreen to protect from those harmful UV rays.

These tips are for everyone - but even more important for children and elderly people as they're bodies can suffer a lot quicker.
