I absolutely love when a new customer contacts me asking for a cake that isn't a traditional design.
This one was extremely fun to build, half way through the airbrushing. The power went out.
Listening to the lightning storm, a head torch on and a paint brush I present the Dinosaur, planet and army themed cake.
Going that little bit extra to make an 8 year olds dream cake come to life 😊

My cakes come in all different shapes and sizes, I had a great time making this heart shaped cake! Wedding season is here. This one was a Banana sponge layered with chocolate ganache and crushed Belgian chocolate truffles. Delicious combination.

Wedding season is definitely upon us. The bakery has never seen so many wedding cake orders 😊🎂
Below is the first to leave, a beautifully decorated with matching flowers to the brides bouquet. 'Memory Lane' roses.
This cake is completely vegan.
One of my latest recipes the vegan sponge is light and fluffy layered with homemade strawberry jam and buttercream.

What an amazing combination!
For a wonderful young lady who loves rabbits and gems.
This highly decorated cake is covered in edible sugar crystals, covering an orange and raspberry sponge. Topped with solid Belgian white chocolate rabbits.

Another 100% edible cake leaves the bakery
Absolutely loved working in this one, this triple stacked Ugandan vanilla bean sponge with homemade strawberry jam designed in a wrestling theme.
This one brought back so many memories of being a kid and watching wrestling (which eventually got banned in my house due to re-enacting with my siblings off the sofa 🤣)
