PLEASE NOTE:
Each time slot allows for 2 groups to join us so we can make sure we can fit everyone in. If you book all of your party in one session you will have another group join you, but it doesn't spoil the fun, there is plenty of time to spend with Santa and Mrs Claus for everyone.

We can fit a maximum of 16 people (it's very rare for that to happen though) in one session why not bring the whole family along? The two sessions are booked out when either 16 people book on one session, or two groups of smaller numbers book each session on one time slot.

Sessions will be 20 minutes long and consist of two bookable slots, so there is plenty of time for talking to Santa and Mrs Claus, receiving gifts and photo opportunities with the festive couple.

Never been to our grotto before or are you an old (santa) hat?
If you've been plenty of times, let us know in the comments what you most love about it.
If you're not, let us tell you a little more...
We are nestled in a wooded copse in the Critchill Estate, Frome.
You will walk down the twinkly and music filled path until you get to two cabins. One houses a photo opportunity and some fun extras, you can visit here before whilst you wait for your slot.
The second is the Grotto itself, you'll see our red door, when the time of your slot arrives you can knock on the door using the reindeer knocker an elf will come to greet you; your magical journey begins.
Now, we wont give away all the magic inside but there is plenty of it even before you meet the world's most famour power couple, Father Christmas and Mrs Claus'!

You get to spend 20 minutes with Mr and Mrs Claus', telling them what you'd like for Christmas, what you've been up to during the year, giving them letters and of course, time for photos.

Each session allows two families/groups entry with plenty of room for everyone to be comfy and take in the magic.

Children's eyes sparkle in awe and the grown ups who visit us are firmly back in the 'I Believe' camp.

We are proud of our traditional grotto and we can't wait to welcome all the visitors in 2026 whether new or old.

If you require a session for your SEN child/family don't forget to register for the unique link by completing the form and uploading your additional needs evidence (DLA letter, diagnosis report, EHCP or similar)

You will then receive a link to book a SEN session just before 8pm on 3rd September.
If you haven't registered before 1st September you will then have to wait until it reopens on 4th September.

You can now register for a SEN Session booking!

We keep music low, lights static and they are just for your own group to ensure that our visitors who have additional needs get to experience the joy of the grotto in the most comfortable way possible.

The bookings will be released at the same time as general tickets, on the 3rd September, 8pm, however you need to apply to have the SEN specific link sent to you.

To do this you can fill out our form (link in below) with your name, email and you'll need to upload to proof of disability with either an official diagnosis letter or DLA confirmation letter.

This registration period will be open from Monday 17th to Tuesday 1st September when it will temporarily close until after the sale on 3rd September.
After that we will reopen for those who want to join the waiting list can do so.

Terms and Conditions
- If you do not upload a document of proof, you will not receive the link.
- We will manually check all documents to ensure they are legitimate.
- Anyone booking from a different email or name (and therefore not having supplied documentation) will have their bookings cancelled.
- SEN sessions are limited, but we want to assure you that if you do not get a space the general sessions are not hugely different in terms of atmosphere. The only difference is you may be with another family for your visit, but every child gets time and attention from the couple in red!
