Payment
: I accept payment by PayPal only. once the pay pal invoice is sent, payment will need to be made with in 48 hours. (unless we have discussed other wise)
If payment is not completed, and I have not heard from you within 48 of purchase, I will consider it a cancelled transaction. If you have any problems, or need a little more time please just contact me. Payment must be paid in full and have cleared before I start work on the order.

Shipping. I use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For postage. being signed for gives extra security, as I work hard on each handmade item - and do not want them losing their way in the post. If you would shipping to be first class signed for - please just let me know - and I can adjust the postage costs. Items will be sent to the address provided on the PayPal invoice - Please make sure your details are correct. Time Scaled for shipping can be discussed, if you require your item by a specific date, please make sure to mention this upon ordering. Large orders will be sent via courier. Refund and Exchanges:
In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your order, or you wish to return an item, please let me know within 7 days . For ready made items the customer has up to 7 days on receipt of goods to return the goods in there package, undamaged. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Items which cannot be returned are personalised makes, so please make sure that correct information is given. COPY RIGHT PROTECTION
