Well this has been a mad one I’m determined to crack this one I’m about 9hrs into this jcm2000 at some point a cap was reversed by another person, and caused a lot of damage in its wake. Came in not working I now have the clean channel working and I’m just waiting on parts for the crunch and lead, now obviously I’m never going to make my money in hours back on this but it’s a pride thing. You get so far and there is no turning back…….

I've taken my guitars to Mark for many years now since being recommended by a friend all those years ago. He is a true gentleman and he has done everything I've asked in a timely manner and affordable. He has an Instagram where you can see his "what's on my bench" where he showed his work in progress. Hoping to see my axe on there one day. He's a very busy man but always has time for you and makes you feel super welcome. Don't take up to much if his time though, like I said he's very busy. Book early to get your repairs. Easy to find in gaerwen industrial estate, unit 23 Which happens to be my lucky number. Thanks Mark for all the great work you do, you are very much appreciated 👍😎👍👍👍👍👍👍

For sale, just finished a 2001 fender hotrod deluxe, Made in Mexico, has been fully serviced new valves, full recap and the fender hot resistors changed along with the diodes. All the common faults has been replaced. It’s seen some touring so has scuffs and marks, I’ve also done a 101 tone mod that replaces the caps in the first gain stage giving a high pass filter that helps with the harsh of a hotrod. Anyway if you want to try it it’s here at the shop £475 ono takes it…… oh and it’s chocolate brown not the usual black…

Tonehenge! Or at least lack of tone! All the dead valves from this year….. when someone says “I think my valves are ok🥴 I had them changed 3 years ago…….” Some last forever some last as long as it takes to put them in….. roll the 🎲🎲… but thanks to Valvetubeguitaramps.com not had one fail yet and they all arrive pre tested. Always test through my orange valve tester….. orange thanks orange amps…
