Hi everyone 👋

Sorry we’ve been a bit quiet lately — we’ve been working hard behind the scenes getting everything back on track after everything that’s happened.

We’re happy to say we’ll be reopening very soon! 🙌 It will be a gradual start, with a smaller range of stock while we rebuild and wait for insurance to come through, but we’re excited to get the doors back open and things moving again.

Also, just to clear up any rumours going around — we are NOT moving, we are NOT closing down, and we’re here to stay 💪

Good afternoon,

Just a little update for you all,
we have been closed due to smoke damage and also we have a lot of cleaning up todo and also got to replace all of the stock😢
We are working as fast as we can to open back up even if we place a small order to get us back open again.

⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE – TEMPORARY CLOSURE ⚠️

Hi everyone,

We just wanted to let all our amazing customers know that Kandy Hero is currently closed until further notice due to smoke damage caused by a fire at a neighbouring shop. Our hearts go out to Toni she is a lovely lady and am so gutted for her this has happened to her. X

First and foremost, everyone is safe, which is the most important thing ❤️
However, the shop has been affected and we need a bit of time to clean up and get everything back to the high standard you expect from us.

We’re working as quickly as possible behind the scenes and will keep you all updated every step of the way.
