1st day of the new shop and its been a very productive day at Mobility Direct North! 👏

With the new shop comes new training for our newest member of staff, along with some refreshers on our latest stock and seating ranges and what the diferences mean for our customers.

A big thank you to the master himself, Kent from Recliners, for coming in today and sharing his knowledge with the team. 👍

This is exactly why we’re different from buying online — we get proper hands-on training to make sure our customers get the RIGHT product for their needs, not just a quick sale.

And for a bit of fun… Kent also demonstrated what happens when you end up with the wrong chair… brilliantly modelled by our very own Cyann 😂

🚨 ITS OFFICIAL… WE NOW HAVE AN OPENING DAY FOR OUR SUNDERLAND SHOP!!!! 🚨

After weeks of getting everything ready behind the scenes, we’re so excited to finally announce that our Sunderland store will officially be opening on the 1st of June 🎉

We honestly can’t wait to welcome everybody through the doors. The support and kindness we’ve already had from local people popping by, having a chat through the windows, and wishing us luck has genuinely meant so much to us. You’ve all already made us feel incredibly welcome, and we’re really looking forward to becoming part of the community 💙

Whether you’re popping in for a browse, coming to say hello, or just curious to see what we’re all about, please don’t hesitate to come in and have a chat. We want the shop to feel welcoming, relaxed, and friendly for everyone 😊

And for everybody who has been asking from outside… YES, there will definitely be a few opening offers available 👀 The boss man will be turning up armed with his famous red pen, so expect a few opening day surprises 😆

Sorry for the late post but we’ve been quite busy behind the scenes 👀 and our other shops have been busy too getting people ready with some hire scooters for the bank holiday...

Scott has been hard at work sourcing stock for the new shop, and he’s managed to find TWO aSpire wheelchairs for our Sunderland store! 🙌

Quite fitting really with the Spire Bridge just down the road! 🌉
