We recently missed out on a furniture order worth £3000 by £50 to an online furniture company.

What the customer didn't take into account was that the furniture would be delivered kerbside and flatpacked.

It took the company 7 staff and a full weekend to assemble the furniture. There were parts missing and 2 table tops damaged which took 3 weeks to be exchanged.

For the extra £50 we would have had the furniture fully assembled within 3 hours and any damages or missing parts replaced within 48 hours.

A recent job completed for a current client who has just acquired a new business.

The job included a site visit, recommendations made and delivery and installation.

This was all turned around in a 72 hour time frame and the client was extremely happy with the time frames reached, the quality of service and the professionalism of our fit out team.

We also supplied and fitted an acrylic panel with the company logo.
