A very special treat for all you led zeppelin fans.

Focusing on a March 21, 1970 show at Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, Canada, Mudslide was among the more highly regarded bootleg LPs by Led Zeppelin that surfaced in the 1970s. The original version came from Trademark of Quality, one of the '70s top bootleg labels. Vinyl reissues of Mudslide were subsequently provided by Mushroom and other bootleggers. It's easy to understand why collectors held the Mudslide LP in such high regard -- the sound quality is excellent, and Zeppelin is triumphant on gems that include "Heartbreaker," "Communication Breakdown," "Whole Lotta Love," and "Since I've Been Loving You." Mudslide is a bootleg that serious Zeppelin fans were thrilled to acquire.

This particular record was picked up by a family member in the US in the early 70’s. It has been carefully stored in collection for years, it is in great condition and sounds incredible.

Doing a wee sale this weekend. Cost of living crisis busting prices. Bringing accessible quality vinyl to the masses. Here at Wacky Winyl we’re sick to the back teeth of over priced poor quality new pressings so for this weekend we’re slashing prices to ease the strain of the ludicrous prices certain bawheids in power have imposed on us.

This weekend (15-16th of April) at our HQ in the Barras. Singles for £1 selected albums for a fiver and a classic vintage album for £15.

Immaculate condition Mono 1st Pressing of the fab four’s seminal album Revolver!

A very rare treat. This pristine example is complete with inner sleeve and insert.

Arguably, the first psychedelic rock album, Revolver was praised for its musical experimentation. The Indian sounds of Love You To; the Motown-inspired Got to Get You Into My Life; the backwards guitar in I'm Only Sleeping. Tomorrow Never Knows was the most radical departure from previous Beatles' recordings for its skeletal bass / drums propulsion enhanced only with tape loops (contributed by all four Beatles and added in the mix-down process), more backwards guitar, and an eerie John Lennon vocal. Still, the Beatles' experimentation grew out of their songwriting, which had matured beyond formula pop. Tomorrow Never Knows was inspired by the Tibetan book of the dead, Harrison's Taxman was a bitter diatribe, and McCartney's Eleanor Rigby was a bleak portrait of loneliness. Balanced with upbeat songs like Good Day Sunshine and Yellow Submarine, Revolver proved the Beatles were not mere pop stars, but musical artists in search of new sounds and ideas.

First pressing of the iconic Stones records ‘Their satanic majestically request’ featuring the lenticular picture!

The band experimented with a psychedelic sound on Satanic Majesties, incorporating unconventional elements such as Mellotron, sound effects, string arrangements, and African rhythms. The band produced the album themselves as their manager/producer Andrew Loog Oldham had departed. The prolonged recording process was marked by drug use, court appearances, and jail terms by members of the band. The original LP cover features a lenticular image by photographer Michael Cooper.
