Arttan Ltd was set up as a dormant company and has never traded. Videos and photographs were created on "in kind" bases, with a view to attracting potential investors. However, circumstances led to the company never reaching "start up" phasing. The company has never traded and therefore no payment portals have ever been available to anyone for those reasons. Viewing the page for Arttan Ltd affords no new information since 2016, when the dormant company was effectively and officially dissolved. The company will not be entering into any business of any kind in future. Apologies to those whose interests in prospective products - i.e. leather tote bags - has been let down. Many thanks
