We've been playing a game of ‘Stuart Spotting’ with this fantastic aerial shot from a recent event.

We were tasked with providing our 7.5m trailer stage along with an audio package for a Commonwealth Games Community Festival event.

The sun was shining, and it was a fantastic event to be part of!

June is bustin’ out all over… and amongst a myriad of school shows and gala days we’ve been keeping busy with a wide range of other events, both indoors and out.

Here’s some of the performances we were able to support this last weekend:

✅Opera singers
✅Caber tossers
✅Ballet dancers
✅ A choir of 500 singers
✅ 3 x Gala queens being crowned
✅ 4 x Fanzones full of World Cup fans
😕(Alas plenty of surplus confetti left over)
✅ Rally drivers
✅ Highland dancers
✅ An Oasis tribute
✅ And a giant outdoor ceilidh

There’s been much more than that going on, with school shows and amateur performances in progress, end-of-term concerts, and lots of other gigs and parties. Our warehouse is super busy today as all the equipment comes back and gets turned around ready for next weekend’s fun.

Our new 6m arc trailer stage has been keeping busy.
It only joined our fleet in the spring but has already been out to several events and even completed its first trip with CalMac at the weekend.
It's a particularly good design for concerts and festivals that need a compact stage with lots of lighting mounting options. We've been delighted with how versatile and popular it has already proven to be.
We can't wait to see it at many more events across the country.

The sun is still shining, and we have a busy weekend for staging, with thirteen different stages out on hire around the country. (A mixture of our mobile trailer stages and modular builds)

We’ve got a good spread around the central belt with some outliers in Argyll and the islands.

Gala day season is starting in earnest, and we’re also covering a wedding, a choir concert, dance showcase, and a piping event.

Meanwhile on the non-staging side, we have the first of the summer’s agricultural shows, and some AV into a Glasgow hotel. Come and say hello if you see us out and about!

We’re spending the Bank Holiday Monday emptying vans and de-prepping kit after an action-packed weekend.

Our mobile stages were out at five different festivals, spread all across Scotland. Plus another at a private party in the Highlands. Meanwhile we had staff and equipment out at a wedding and a daytime disco. We also supplied kit for a charity football tournament, and a cultural day in the west end of Glasgow. In amongst all of this we helped facilitate an attempt at “Scotland’s Largest Slosh” and had a giraffe lead an aerobics routine.

It’s been a good warm up for the peak summer season that’s fast approaching. Today we also have projection going out to two theatre shows, and an LED trailer heading north in the morning.
