Rachel & Zach 🤍

Their destination wedding in Scotland, a castle filled with their favourite people, and a day that was every bit as joyful as it looks.

For their celebration at Dundas Castle, we created a design that felt romantic, abundant and full of personality.

Soft blush, peach and white florals filled the spaces, from Rachel’s cascading bouquet to the ceremony arch and fountain installation, layers of fresh flowers running through the tables in the marquee. Romantic Candlelight, soft lamps and those deeper green linens completely changed the mood for dinner.

And then there are these photographs!

The kiss. The reactions. The laughter. The sheer joy in that marquee. Everything about the day felt warm, celebratory and completely them.

Rachel & Zach, thank you for trusting us to bring it all together. We absolutely loved this one 🤍

The parts of a wedding you’ll never see… 🤍

When you arrive at your wedding everything feels effortless.

The flowers are beautiful.
The candles are glowing.
The tables are dressed.
The room is better than you imagined.

But what you don’t see is everything that happened before that moment.

The months (and sometimes years) of planning.

The venue visits.

The mood boards.

The fabric samples spread across our desks.

The countless emails.

The warehouse planning & packing.

The measurements and mathematics.

The flower recipe orders checked, then checked again.

The supplier & team meetings.

The early mornings loading vans.

The late nights cleaning candles.

The last-minute problem solving.

The timelines.

The lifting and logistics.

The reworking when something isn’t quite right.

Every tiny detail is thought about long before you ever walk through the door.

And honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way.
