Hey all I've decided to close today. We're getting up to a toasty 27 degrees later which doesnt mix so well with a south facing chocolate shop window. If you do want emergency chocolate, I'm still in the nearby workshop making err boiling hot molten caramel, so just send a message. 🥶

Happy World Chocolate Day!

Trying something different out. Croquant Noir. Croquant translates literally as crunchy and this bonbon is pure dark 70% chocolate and crunchy feuilletine (wafer) with a touch of sea salt. It's delicious and addictive and many have been imperfect and so I had to eat them. Also to make sure they tasted good for you yknow?

Apologies, a bit more disruption this weekend. With the heatwave I'm unable to actually make the chocolate I need so have to sacrifice 2 shop days so I can make when the temperature and humidity is cooler.
Firstly, please come and see me Saturday.
Secondly, if you really needed things on Fri and/or Sun, you could still click and collect. I'll be in the workshop anyway so just send me a message and am happy to help 😊
