IMPORTANT UPDATE - WOOLACOMBE WEEKENDER IS CANCELLED

We are gutted to have to make the decision to cancel this year's Woolacombe Weekender. The loss of our venue earlier in the year has pushed us into a position where we simply can not afford to put the event on.

Our new venue is breath-taking but comes with a lot of added expenses . As a small independent event with no financial backing from industry sponsors, I can no longer finance the event personally.

Ticket sales are traditionally slow for this event with everyone booking last minute, but unfortunately the bills come in before the ticket sales and this year the personal risk is just too high.

Over the years countless people have stood by me and the event, and have gone over and above to help out, often for no financial gain and have always been at the end of the phone.

This event has always existed on favours and good will and the feel of community is what has made our event so special.

To all of you who have attended our event over the last six years thankyou for your support and thanks for the memories, we really have had a blast !!!!

We will be in touch with everyone who has bought tickets and you will all receive a full refund. Please don't contact us, we will contact you and endeavour to refund you as quickly as possible.
