I can collect your keepsakes from your home, have a face to face chat about what your keepsakes are for and what they mean to you. How would you like them displayed, colours? Themes? Any extras (letters, flowers, glitter)? I can then drop your frame off once it's finished. Or if you'd rather, you can drop off your items to me and collect your frame once its competed. Do I have to supply a frame? No, the frame is included in the price, however, if you do have a frame you'd like me to use instead, the cost of the frame will be deducted from the overall price (prices vary depending on size of the frame). When and how do I pay for keepsake frame? Cash please & I'm afraid I can't give change. I will need to take full payment upon collecting your keepsake items, including any travelling fees. I also have a pay pal account. Keepsake frames as I will need your items dropped off or collected before hand I will collect cash at this point. Scrabble frames will need to be paid for via pay pal or cash dropped to me as I have everything to make these without seeing you first. I don't live in the Sudbury area, can I still have a keepsake frame? Yes. Collection and delivery is free to anyone within a 7 mile radius. There is a £5 charge for every 7 miles thereafter. I am looking into postage and packaging for customers further out. I don't like my keepsake frame, what can I do about it? I will always stay in contact with you throughout the making of your frame. I lay everything out before sticking it down and will send a photo to you so if you are unhappy with the way it's set out so we can discuss a different layout over messenger. I might one day decide I want my keepsakes away back in a box, will they be glued and cut down? NO! I will never ever cut or glue anything. I use double sided tape and glue dots for my frames so if one day you decide to store your keepsakes back in the box again you can just take it apart again. If you are happy for me to trim down photos I will only ever do so with your permission. I've given my items to you & paid in full but decided I don't want my frame now, what can I do? If for whatever reason you decide you now don't want your frame, unfortunately I cannot give refunds. The frames are made to order and are using all sorts of materials that I cannot reuse once I have cut and stuck to fit your frame. If you wish I can pull everything out of your frame and bring it back to you, however I cannot guarantee that there may not be slight wear and tear where items have been stuck in and then removed.
