To whoever decided it was acceptable to dump all your rubbish in OUR bins this morning — you’ve been caught on CCTV. 😡

You’d better come back and remove it ASAP!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Our bins are NOT there for you to dump your rubbish in. Come back, pick it up and dispose of it yourself!
