Hi I'm your local bicycle mechanic, tonight one of customers of mine decided to runaway without paying in full for repairs I did for him. He did left me deposit via bank transfer using this name ( L Nwosu) but under excuse of test ride , escaped. I'm going to report this incident to police anyway. But nowone I'm going to ask for deposits and photo ID.Thanks.
