Hello to all of you who have stuck with this page so far. As mentioned in may last post on May 2018 I was going in for more surgery. This was was successful and I was finally let out of hospital in June 2018. The last 8 months have been about recover and getting in shape to do more of the things I love. So I fully intend to be taking more photographs this year and will be posting them here. I'm not sure which Cosplay shows I will make yet but I am going to get to some of them!. Plus I have some steampunk and vintage events in my calendar. Along with this I have now been setting up a small studio at home so I can practice portraiture and lighting; volunteer models gratefully received. Plus I have set up a workshop so I can work on stone carving and engraving. More of this later. I look forward to seeing some of you at shows later and I hope you stick with me on this adventure. I was looking forward to making 2018 the year I got back to my cosplay photography. I have tickets and hotel booked for MCM London on May bank holiday and was looking to book some time with my favourite cosplayers for photo-shoots. However, fate appears to be conspiring against me. A health problem meant hospitalisation for the whole of April and I now learn I have to go back for more surgery next week. This means that there is no way I am going to be able to manage MCM London. Hopefully this new surgery will fix the problem once and for all and I can look forward to returning to the fold later this year. If you are going to MCM have a wonderful time and strut your stuff proudly. Best wishes all.

Sorry I have not been posting lately, got quite a bit going on at the moment. With a bit of luck I will be establishing a studio in the next few weeks so I can get some portraits and model shots done here. The next show I go to will be True Believers in Cheltenham in February and then MCM London. Hope to catch some of you then.
