🎄 It’s with a heavy heart I’ve had to close earlier than planned for Christmas, thankfully I think everyone has either been refunded in full or arranged alternatives/ supplied you with DIY kits free of charge with lots of instructions (All adds to the fun doesn’t it 🙈)

🎄 I’m currently battling with pneumonia so will be off messages for the festive period to hopefully recover fully and get as much rest as possible.

🎄What I did want to say is to EVERYONE who’s purchased from me this year, or just liked or shared my work, recommended me or just been thoroughly lovely and supportive, THANK YOU!

🌟Have the most wonderful Christmas and enjoy some quality time doing something you love, with people you love.

PS. January orders - my husband has full access to my order books and contact details for orders, if there are any problems he will be in touch, however, fingers firmly crossed for a speedy recovery, and normal service will resume quickly.

🎄🎄 I’m now fully booked for December. If any cancellations come up I will put them here first.

🎄🎄I will be closed from 22nd December-10th January. I hadn’t even really had time to consider when I would close and reopen for Christmas/New Year until yesterday but I definitely need to take some quality time off.
If you have an existing order for first week in January- That order is of course going to be honoured, but I won’t be taking any more orders for the period I am closed. This year has been crazy, and wonderful, but I know when I need to take a break and I’m way past that point 🥴

🎄 PHEW.... OK... Everyone should now have collection/delivery times for your Elf balloons, thank you for all responding so promptly.

- Please try to stick to delivery times, i appreciate some things are out of our control, but if you’re running late, please try to drop me a message.
- Deliveries, same as above, I will try my best to stick to time given but if I’m running a little early/ late, I’ll drop you a message.

⭕️Once your balloon is collected/delivered, it’s your responsibility.

⛔️Please don’t leave your balloons in your car or outside overnight- foil balloons shrink in cold temperatures so can look a little floppy, However, once back to room temperature it returns to normal. Extended periods of time in cold conditions may cause it to perish, so it’s advised you get them in to room temperature as soon as you can, overnight outside in cars/sheds or garages could be very risky to hope it’s still perfect in the morning.

🆘 I should know by 4pm tomorrow if I have any non collections and will advertise on here ASAP - I’m so sorry to the people who’ve messaged today that I cannot accommodate, I’ve been taking orders from adverts since the end of September and only closed books a week or so ago so I’ve really tried my best to ensure people had plenty of time.
