Spring is trying to, well, spring. I bloody love it. And I always get a salad urge, anyone else? 🌥️

I had some wonderful microgreens on the windowsill, leftover over from beautifying some private catering nibbles at the weekend, so I was in luck.

Salad can still be seasonal in winter. What's your favourite root veg creation?

🎄 LET THE FESTIVITIES BEGIN 🎄

We're gearing up for a three day Christmas fair, starting this Friday at the beautiful West Horsley Place (home to BBC's Ghosts!).

Susie will be there in all her vintage glory and we will be serving our delicious sausage rolls, hearty soups and comforting sourdough toasties. As always, our menu is packed with locally grown seasonal produce and the finest British artisan cheeses, meats and bakes.

Look out for our festive special toastie and sausage roll. The ever so popular Tunworth creation is back! 🤤

First up in our flurry of events is the wonderful Nelly's Tuck Shop. A collaboration of fantastic local businesses, the perfect place to grab some scrumptious treats and start your Xmas shopping (it will be here before you know it guys!).

We'll have your lunches and snacks sorted, plus all sorts of deli goods for your festive cheeseboards, stocking fillers and foodie gifts for your hosts over the festive season.

PLUS it's Nelly's Birthday, so bring your furry friend along to help her celebrate. We've even named a toastie after this perfect pooch! 🐶

Half term in mama mode, followed by a fantastic five days of mama on the loose in NYC, and now it's time to get back to it! 🍎

SATURDAY 📣

Our fresh seasonal British food is going to fit in perfectly, feeding the hungry shoppers at this wonderful event on Saturday. A great family-friendly affair, focused on sustainable, ethical products.

We always use eco-friendly packaging and locally sourced ingredients. Fresh, flavourful and good for the planet 🌍 We're really looking forward to trading alongside so many like-minded businesses. I'm definitely going to be starting my festive shopping!!

As the colder weather is upon us, toasties and autumn flavours are on the cards. We'll have lunches and snacks to eat on the day, plus our seasonal deli pots to enjoy at home. Pop down and say hi! This is an indoor market, so a great place to hide from the cooler, windier weather.

We're back!

After a run of private events, next week we will be bringing our flavourful, seasonal food to Guildford Farmer's Market.

Sausage rolls, seasonal deli salad pots and pestos and a hearty focaccia sandwich. All packed with fresh, locally grown produce.

Based on the wonderful feedback we receive, I didn't really think our sausage rolls needed an upgrade. But they got one anyway!

We are committed to using high quality, artisan suppliers. So, when the opportunity arose to source a richer, all butter puff from the wonderful team we couldn't resist.

If you liked our sausage rolls before, well, just you wait!

You can order these babies for your parties and gatherings, or just your own weekend treats. This lot are heading off to a special anniversary party where they are treating their guests to a table full of them, a smorgasbord of our seasonal flavours. Phwoar, that's my kind of party food 🔥
