Oppo's Farm are a month away from starting to tup or mate our rare breed sheep our lambing days will start at the end of March 2027 and go on for the Easter holidays and one further weekend.

Still looking for apples for our sheep just drop them at the gate, all windfall welcome, apples, pears, medlar, quince just nothing with one big pip in the middle, anything else the sheep will love please do not waste them just give them to us our sheep love them.

Just a thought, people phone us because sheep poke their heads through a fence and get stuck, please do not enter our yard to get them out unless you have permission, you are not insured, also we check the sheep regularly just for this problem, we cannot be there 24 hrs a day, if a sheep's head is stuck it's because it has no grass because of the weather, do not worry we are feeding them hay and sheep nuts but they will try to get to grass and get their heads stuck and do not worry we will free them, we cannot be there at the time they get caught because we cannot sit next to the fence 24 hours a day but we do have cameras on the fences.

Apples, windfall needed to feed our sheep at Oppo's Farm it's really important for us to collect windfalls this year with the drought we are having as the grass is not growing so if you have any we WILL collect them, please share this thanks
