Update - I have managed to get the order in with a new printer who I've had a sample from before 🙌
*Important Pre Order Update*
I placed the pre order the normal way I have always done with my supplier but didn't get a reply, saw he had read my message but assumed it was all being sorted as that has happened in the past and then I get billed. Something just seemed off that I still hadn't had an update, so I checked again and no reply, this time no read receipt. After some digging I've found the company I've used for the past 6 years has gone. I'm now doing my best to source a new printer ASAP so I can still fulfill this pre order.
Im sorry in advance for any knock on delay this will cause and if you need to cancel I completely understand.
I will be emailing all customers tonight.
If I'm unable to source a printer by the weekend I will be sending out refunds.
