Morning, again I've been AWOL, but in my defense its really hard to concentrate on anything with meaning and sincerity when in agonising pain ...... yes I'm still suffering with my bulging disc pressing on, what I now think is, 2 nerves! This has unfortunately resulting in a hospital visit with an insanely amount of gas n air, morphine, diazapam and a team of amazing paramedics over the weekend. I am now hoping that all of those wonderful drugs are now out of my system so I can concentrate on managing my pain and getting back to some sort of 'normal'.
