We couldn’t be prouder of Alex ❤️

Watching his confidence grow during his time with us at Who’s Got the Bag has been amazing. He became a genuinely trusted and valued part of the team, and it has been an absolute pleasure to play a small part in helping him build his confidence, workplace skills and experience.

He has come on leaps and bounds, and seeing him now secure employment is exactly what programmes like this are all about.

A massive thank you to Level Up Gosport too. The work you do with young people in our community is so important. Times are incredibly tough for small businesses, and we get asked almost every day if we have jobs available. Unfortunately, we cannot always offer employment, but being able to provide meaningful work experience, build confidence and help someone develop skills that can open up future opportunities is something we are really proud to be part of.

Alex will definitely be missed, but we are so pleased to see him moving forward and expanding his career opportunities. We will absolutely be keeping in touch.

Woo hoo! And, even more good news, another one of our youth volunteers has secured EMPLOYMENT!

We would also like to say a huge WELL DONE to Alex 🙌 who has recently attended a successful interview, resulting in him being offered a job! 👏

Alex completed a long (Work EXperience initiative) placement (with ) which started with a couple of hours a day and quickly resulting to 5 days a week!

This enabled him to experience all roles included in the job and provide a work life experience in general 👏 His confidence grew so much he became a trusted member of the team!
