•BASE does your natural colour match? One size doesn’t fit all, and no one’s hair takes colour exactly the same as someone else’s.
•HISTORY your colour history can affect the approach we take to start your hair journey.
•CONDITION is your hair strong enough to handle what’s needed to achieve your hair goals?
•REALITY what exactly is drawing you to the photo? Is it the tone, the styling, or the overall aesthetic? Is it AI-generated? Does the look include extensions?
