That’s been three days on L- carnitine shots and nutriplus aloe glow drink ⚡️

I haven’t taken any pics from day 1 but plan to start them tonight 🙈 so will post these up
Soon
But what I do know is after only three days I’ve noticed I’m less bloated ,I say less as I’ve still lot to loose round that area you’ll see with pics in the next post …

But the positive is I’m not craving chocolate I’ve
Not woke up the last three nights to eat CHOCOLATE that’s massive for me everyone who knows me know I’m partial to a mid -night snack or jar of Nutella 😬🤣

Recently to get me through the day I’ve been over doing energy drinks which I know are so bad for you but sometimes it’s needed 🙈
L-Carnatine shots are replacing energy drinks for me now they’re much healthier and natural with a lot more benefits !

I’m excited to see my own results in the coming months , hoping alongside healthier eating and more walking il be feeling good going away with my wee fam in October on our first holiday in what feels like forever 💛

This is what I’m talking about ⬇️these have been flying out in orders the results I’m
Seeing others get is unreal and these products are so reasonably priced another bonus 😍

I’m putting in an order tonight to get myself some more who else wants added in to tonight’s order you won’t be disappointed 💛
