IMPORTANT UPDATE – PLEASE READ☀️❗️

Hi everyone,

Firstly, we are BUZZING to announce that Bed 3 is back 🔥

Secondly, we’re trialling a change to our booking system with immediate effect.

Beds 2 & 3 will now be available on a walk-in basis only 🚶 ☀️

This means that Beds 2 and 3 will no longer appear as bookable options online. Customers will still be able to book Beds 1, 4 and 5 as normal, and Beds 2 and 3 will be available for walk-ins throughout the day.

Why are we doing this? 💭 🤔

As many of you know, during our busiest months the online diary can fill up very quickly, often making it difficult for customers to find availability. By keeping Beds 2 and 3 available for walk-ins, we’re hoping to create more flexibility and make it easier for customers to tan, even when the online calendar appears full 🤞🏼

So, if you can’t find a suitable appointment online, please don’t assume we’re fully booked! Simply pop in and we’ll get you on Beds 2 or 3 as quickly as possible.

We appreciate that some customers who regularly use Beds 2 or 3 may prefer to reserve them in advance, and we understand that this change won’t suit everyone. That’s why we’re treating this as a trial and would genuinely love to hear your feedback ♥️ please pop us a message with any comments now and throughout the trial.

An urgent message and a huge apology incoming❗️

Trust me when I say nobody is more devastated / stressed about this than me 🙃

Our much loved Bed 3 is currently feeling very under the weather (to say the least) 🤒💔

After posting in several tanning salon groups and contacting what feels like 50,000 engineers, I’m still yet to find anyone able to help.

Unfortunately, this means I now have no choice but to cancel all Bed 3 appointments until further notice.

I am beyond sorry for the inconvenience, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while I try to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Okay, so we absolutely know that getting an appointment at the moment is basically an Olympic sport 🏊🚴🏽‍♀️

Every day feels like a game of fastest finger first on the booking system. BUT being busy is a good thing, right? It means people are loving what we’ve got on offer 💕🥇

So hang in there, get organised, plan ahead and join the rest of the chaos in the race for that summer glow ☀️🌊
