Roger Hurst Rods i have been building fishing rods for many years. in the begining with simpsons of turnford then kevin maddocks shimano and many more. it's an experience.

i now build for freespirit and custom build for individuals. RH Rods are one of (if not the) finest hand made rod builders in the UK today. Having built and supplied rods to suppliers in the UK and overseas for over 30 years, we are now focusing our attention on the individual client, and believe we provide more than just a 'equipment purchase'.. We welcome visitors to our workshop as we like to o

ffer a personal service. Being a workshop (not just a retail outlet) we have a wide selection of blanks and components on show, allowing us to assemble a rod to your specification and requirements. With our help, you can almost design a complete rod yourself. See our handmade section for more details. Having built all the Simpsons of Turnford rods for years. we've had experience with small retailers through to large Japanese companies, from one rod to several thousand.
