A brilliant video made for me by my 10year old who loves to bake and make videos, the perfect combo 😍

Pop up with Hartbeeps North Kent on today at their Easter parties. Such fun with special guests (🐰) and Easter egg hunts.

Can you spot the golden egg on my stall?

📣 This is a public service announcement 📣

Two weeks today and it’ll be World Book Day, favourite book and costume ready?!

A reminder you can get your World Book Day tokens from McDonalds happy meals and I can accept them for £1 off any book.

If I’m doing a book fair at your school, remember to bring them in and hand them to me when paying.

Now I best get ordering some more books in preparation…..

🙌 📚 🙌 📚

'I can’t tell you who was breastfed, but I can tell you who was read to.'

According to teacher and education speaker Mr P, the one thing that makes the biggest difference in the classroom? Reading. At home. With you.

Whether it’s ten minutes before bed, the same book on repeat, or a bleary-eyed story with dodgy accents – what really matters is showing your child that words matter. That they matter.

You’re not just reading a book. You’re building confidence. Vocabulary. Imagination. A lifelong love of learning.

And it’s never too late to start. Do you agree?

Share this reminder with someone who needs to hear it.

This school had no budget for new books and resources. This school also wanted to celebrate World Book Day.

I was able to organise a Sponsored Read for them and add on additional books too, all their choice!

With World Book Day just over five weeks away, please let me know if you’re a teacher/ PTA member and would like a F R E E event for your school.

Last year Usborne took a bit of a backseat and that’s just one of the many things I love about it, the flexibility to pick up and put down to suit your needs.

After an inspiring day on Saturday at the Usborne Community Partnerships festival, I’m so proud to reflect on my numbers for 2024. I was in the Top 30 Partner for working with schools and just outside the Top 50 Leader by supporting my newest team members. Just wow.

If I can do this then anyone can!
