Payments are to be made via a paypal invoice - you do not need a paypal account for this - i simply send you an invoice to your email address and you follow the details and link to pay (paypal or credit/debit card). Invoices to be paid within 48hrs as items are not started until payment has been received due to being personalised to suit you. RETURNS POLICY

General items can be returned/refunded up to 7 days from receiving the item - please contact me beforehand - P+P is non-refundable unless item is faulty (please send photo of damage within 3 days of receiving item). It is your responsibility for posting back to me so I recommend you obtain proof of postage. PERSONALISED ITEMS are non-returnable unless faulty as these are made to your requirements.
