SHOP MANAGER VACANCY

We would like to recruit a friendly, innovative and customer focused Manager to lead the team at ‘Just So’ in Barnards Green, Malvern, WR14 3LY.

The role will include:

Visual merchandising and window dressing

Building customer relationships by going above and beyond

Working directly with suppliers

Financial Reporting

Stock ordering

Creating employee schedules

Other duties as outlined by the business

The successful applicant will have:

2+ years' retail management experience

Exceptional customer service skills

Be able to recruit, lead, manage and motivate a happy team

Be community minded

The EcoNation toys are made from recycled bottles without plastic beans inside and sewn on eyes to reduce plastic waste. Aurora owns all their own factories making the manufacturing process transparent, and with the medium toys at £19.99 and small at £9.99.

We are hiring a Customer Assistant!!!

0 hour permanent contract to cover staff sickness, holidays and Christmas hours.

Minimum of 4 hours a week until November then extra November/December.

Must be able to work Monday-Saturday 9-5.30 and Sundays in December- possibility to work around your commitments too.

Till/shop floor training given.

We're looking for a sincere and friendly person who enjoys helping customers.

We'll be keeping to these times except for the Coronation Day - We'll be open at 9am but may shut earlier/later than 3pm depending on how busy we are. You can always check if we're open before coming out by giving us a call on 01684 566866.

We are not the Royal Mail.
We are not on strike

However, due to the Royal Mail strikes the dates for last posting have been changed to the following:

2nd class and 2nd class signed for - Monday 12th December
1st class, 1st class signed for and Tracked 48 - Friday 16th December
Tracked 24 - Monday 19th December
Special Delivery Guaranteed - Wednesday 21st December

International mail depends on the country but the advice is to post ASAP.

We are open in December Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm (Christmas Eve we will close at 4pm)

The majority of Post Offices are privately owned businesses. The sub postmaster is not on a fixed salary but earns a fee from each transaction so please continue to use us. We don’t just sell stamps and take in parcels we can also help with everyday banking, travel money, card and insurance, bill paying, car tax, Amazon hub, shopping returns, …… and dont forget what we can offer on the retail side - a fantastic range of cards, gifts, confectionery, stationery, and toys.

We rely on the support of our local community just as much as you rely on us. Use us or lose us.

P.s If you need to do Christmas shopping but hate the crowds. You could try braving this horrible weather 🌧. Most people don't, so you could end up with your favourite shops all to yourself 🤫
