Items brought from either online through Facebook, website or our shop/studio are returnable at the customers expense. We do not offer refunds.

Items must be returned undamaged and unused within 14 days of receiving. All returns will be assessed for any damage before CREDIT OR EXCHANGE will be given. When contacting us for damages please send pictures. If your parcel has been lost, stolen or damaged ( please take photo evidence) contact us as soon as possible. Please note that credit will only be given when confirmed from courier. We will

always endeavour to make sure our high quality goods are packaged well and reach in perfect condition. Delivery information

The price of goods does not include postage, unless otherwise stated.All parcels will be tracked. Postage starts from £4.40 but will be determined on the size and weight of your parcel. Although we will do our best to keep the cost down as your custom is very important to us. At present we only post within the U k and Northern Ireland
