3. The way we run our live/online sale is very simple. Every and each item has their specified number. All you have to do is type and comment this specified
clothing number and if it has size, include the size that you want in that comment too. (EXAMPLE: 45 m)
4. New clients that will join us for the first time, are kindly asked to pay for their first purchase during live, to continue any further purchases.
5. The payments can be made through the bank transfer or PayPal (Friends and Family). Please remember we are waiting 24 hours for the payment to be made from the time you have received full payment details from us.
6. ‼️RESIGNATION IS STRICTLY DURING LIVE/ONLINE SALE‼️ (if we receive an message from a person after live, that has bought something during live/online sale saying that would like to resign from something. You will automatically receive an response from us saying that your order is cancelled. If you have paid for any of these items, the amount you paid will be refunded back to you and you won’t be able to come back to us to make any purchases). ❗️You will be banned from our page ‘Alisita Style’ and also from our private group ‘Alisita Style Live’❗️
7. Please consider your purchases carefully as we don’t accept returns, unless the item has manufacturers fault like: holes, fabric paint, stains etc… ‼️ Please remember, we only refund for the faulty item. If you decide to return it back to us. You are covering the postage cost‼️
8. During live, if there is an item that you like, but you are unsure if it will fit you. Don’t hesitate, please do let us know and we will provide you with all the measurements of the clothing. If you are still unsure, its better not to get it at all.
9. We are running our live in four languages: (Polish, Lithuanian, Russian and English) you will hear all these four languages every now and then throughout the whole live (but the specified number of the clothing and sizes are being told in English, so it would be fair for everyone) ‼️ ANY SIGNS OF RACISM DURING LIVE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
