A little website update from us ❤️
We wanted to be completely open with you about what’s been happening behind the scenes.
Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding while some work was being carried out on our website, all of our products were accidentally deleted - that’s over 6,000 garments! 😭
We’re now in the process of putting everything back online, including all the photos, descriptions and product details, just as they were before.
For a big company with a large team, this might be a little easier… but we’re only a small, family-run business - it’s just the two of us! ❤️
Most of the online work is handled by my wife, Sam, and she is working incredibly hard behind the scenes to get everything uploaded again. At around 15 minutes per item, bringing 6,000+ garments back online is obviously going to take some time!
So, if you visit our website and notice that some of your favourite garments aren’t there yet, please don’t worry - we’re working our way through them and they will be coming back.
But there’s no need to wait if there’s something specific you’ve seen in our store that you want! 🛍️
If you’ve seen a particular garment in-store and would like to order it, simply send us a message through our website or via social media. We can either upload that particular item as a priority or, where possible, arrange the order for you directly.
We also want to say a massive thank you to our amazing staff in the shop, Amanda and the team have been doing their best to hold the fort while we concentrate on getting everything back online. They’ve been helping us keep things moving and allowing us to process everything as quickly as we possibly can. We honestly couldn’t do it without them. ❤️
And finally, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the lovely messages, support and understanding we’ve received. We’ve had so many kind messages from our customers, and at a time when we’ve been feeling pretty overwhelmed, they’ve genuinely meant more than you know. 🥹❤️
We’re doing everything we possibly can, every day, to get the website back to how it was.
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience and really appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support of our little family business.
We will be back - one garment at a time! ❤️
