Working with brides, funeral homes, florists and customers throughout the country. Welcome to Forever florals,
Our aim is to create stunning keepsakes using fresh flowers, that are then dried by ourselves. However please familiarise yourself with our policies and procedures before deciding to book with us. We want all our customers to be happy, but also be aware of the risks involved in creating
such bespoke orders. Flowers are beautiful ways to remember, to express love and show gratitude. We use a specialist salt to dry out your flowers and during this process some flowers can die. Some flowers become so thin that they are not suitable for placing resin on. Whilst we do our best to save every flower you bring us, we must warn you occasionally some die, some species cannot be dried. Many of today’s flowers have been artificially dyed during the growing process. This creates vibrant colours, however does not bode well for the longevity of the colour once the flower is encased. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to distinguish between natural colours and dye enhanced flowers. As such we cannot guarantee these flowers will retain their colours indefinitely. Nevertheless we can capture the flower in bloom at that moment for eternity in a mold that retains its emotion and memory. During the drying process flowers change shape, some shrink, some become flat, others open up. This is nature fighting and adapting to the process and is beyond our control. The flowers are set in resin in layers, occasionally the flowers can break through the last layer of resin and be slightly raised. We address each of these molds by sight. Some can be sanded flat, others we may choose to leave protruding if sanding could be detrimental to the overall look. We will then place clear rubber feet on the base of these molds to ensure they sit flat. We will use our discretion and experience to decide how best to address this issue. Forever florals reserves the right to post images of all our creations onto any of our social media sites and on our online shops. If you do not wish for you pieces to be used on our public platforms, please inform us at the time of purchase. Customers leave valuables with us at their own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to objects left at our premises. Some of our molds can have sharp edges, especially the cubes. This is their design. A straight edged cube. We do not sand any of the surfaces of the molds, only the bottom to create a flat, smooth base for them to be stood on. We do not dispose of any of our customers ashes, once in resin. Any remaining resin ash will be used to create smaller hearts and given to our customer at no extra cost. Any ashes not used will be returned. We ask that all ash given to us is clearly labelled with your name on it. Any dried flowers we have left over from a customers order will be returned to the customer who provided them. Some of our molds require the flowers to be facing down, as in the domes. This sometimes can create a small salt ring at the top of the dome, whilst every effort is made to shake off all the salt from the flowers, inevitable small amounts can remain. We cannot prevent this ring, however it is very small and almost invisible. It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally it can happen. All our orders are bespoke, there is an extra charge for drying your flowers depending on the quantity, but this will be discussed with you at the point of contact. If your flowers die, you will be refunded the drying costs. As many of these items are custom orders, we do not give refunds, or do exchanges, on these. However any of our standard products we will refund or exchange. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and post back to us within 30 days. The customer is responsible for the return postage, and any insurance required to cover the cost of the goods. Once we have received the product back in the same condition it was sent out in we will issue a full refund. Any damage to the goods will be deducted appropriately from the refund. Please ensure it is wrapped up safely. Sunlight can affect the colours of the flowers. Many of these molds are created in layers, as such there can be slight lines around them where the layers meet. This cannot be prevented. Whilst the resin is drying bubbles of trapped air escape from the flowers, and set in the resin. Sometimes they can pop at the edge of the wall creating very small bubble holes, this is beyond our control and we cannot fill these tiny air pockets in as they set within the mold. We cannot eradicate bubbles from these molds
Mostly we want you to love the products we create. We want you to look at these keepsakes and feel an emotion or connection that is entirely personal to you. We are pleased that we have been able to do this for well over a year now. Thank you for choosing Forever florals, we look forward to creating your forever piece.
