I have had a few enquiries about my loved and lost portraits and how I put them together.
1: I like as many photos as you can provide, full body were possible so I can get the build of the person, if you have a couple or group photos they work really well as it’s easy to add people to existing poses.
2: If the photos are of individuals, I can scour the internet for the perfect group photo shoot to add your families faces. I like the portraits to look like a real photo, not a picture made up of different photos.
3: Next I transfer all your photos on to my tablet and take the bits I want to use, often using body parts from random photos like arms and hands.
4 : Then comes the stressful bit of putting them all together which can take a while as with all families there is always that one family member who doesn’t quite fit in.
5 : Once I’m happy with it I send the client a photo to see if it needs any adjustment .
6 : Now the drawing can begin.
Each portrait takes a different amount of time and are therefore different prices.
