The life cycle of a Scotch egg.
Here we have a litter bug.
Not the biggest crime of the decade but when there's a green bin in every front garden he passes it makes you wonder why he chose to dump them on the street.
Hopefully his wife didn't make these,
But makes you wonder why he didn't use his own bin.
They look like lovely Scotch eggs too.
Stops off on his walk home and takes them out of his bag and leaves them on top of street utility cabinet.
I spotted these later in the day and threw them on top of my garage roof where I put all my unwanted left over food.
And on que the gulls appear and make them disappear.

We needed to dispose of an old caravan and its storage contents for our customer .
Stood 13 years with its brakes on !
And the floor had partly collapsed covering the legs winding nuts .
Not the easiest of things to remove so we called in the experts ...
JCA Group Roadside & Recovery to take this old wreck to be recycled!
No way was we towing this with a van !
Expertly winched onto a low trailer and taken to Browns Skip Hire on Grimsby Docks for recycling.

BROKEN VAN REAR DOOR HANDLE DELAYS PLAY.
things can happen to stop the consistency of a smooth diary. ! 😞
So rear door handle snapped . Leaving it locked inside at the top.
Gaining entry thru the side door was even trickier during to the fact the " hockey puck" style lock that isn't used a great deal had seized 😞.
Called upon our good friends at Parkers Multi Service Centre LTD. Oxford st Grimsby for assistance to drill the barrell out ( a job they've previously done for me before !) This time it was totally seized and as the barrell is sideways it can't be pulled out even with self tappers and pliers used. Onwards to Potts Metals where the tools are bigger ! Time to cut the lock off in half !
Job done . And wasn't a hot knife thru butter either. A strong lock !
Gained access 🏆 🔐
We even met the new admistration assistant Daisy !

Big scale scale site clearance on Grimsbys Eleanor Street means experienced litter pickers are needed first ! .

And the main man himself The Canoe River Cleaner are to work their magic !. 🪄
Over 30 sacks of litter + flytipping removed !
Lilliput Waste Disposal Ltd have been contracted to make this newly purchased large site look neutral & fresh .
Number one thing to do before the team of trimmers , strimmers and mowers appear is to remove any visible litter and flytipping.
What we don't want is a mass of " litter confetti" !
This would happen if litter wasn't removed before that team appeared..
When we do our next post about this site the hedges and bushes will be individual and reduced, the kerb stones once again forming an crisp edge .
