It's my daughter's birthday today, and while looking through old photos, I came across the cheesecake I made for her birthday last year.
A rich chocolate cheesecake on a bourbon biscuit base, topped with swirls of cream and chocolate buttons. Simple, homemade, and made with plenty of love. ❤️
Looking back at photos like this reminds me why I enjoy baking so much. It's not just about the finished cake—it's about creating something special for the people who matter most.
Another year has flown by, and another birthday cheesecake is currently being made. Will this year's be able to top last year's favourite? 👀🍰
