Want to win a painted Gargantuan Tarrasque??? We are running a series of events, at the end of them, which ever person has caused the most accumulative damage over the sessions to the Tarrasque will win it!

This session is NOT aimed at new players.

Bring a character at level 10 to 12, you will need to do the stat dice rolls on D&D Beyond and send a screenshot of the rolls to [email protected] ahead of the session. You don't have to create the character on D&D Beyond however stat dice rolls must be verified. Use roll 4 drop 1 method.

All characters must come from WoTC publications and use D&D 2024 rules. No homebrew etc. A character can have one magic item of no higher level than Rare and no higher value than 4000 GP. If your character dies during the session then you can reuse it in the next session.

You MUST know what your character abilities are ahead of the session as each player will have approximately a maximum of 8 minutes for their actions. If you over run this time then your turn will automatically end (this is to make it fair to everyone present). Tarrasque attacks will be rolled randomly with a D6 to ensure a random method.

NO PvP is allowed and no nerfing of other players, any player doing so will have their character feel the full focus of the Tarrasque!

The battle will take place on a mapped grid sheet, the Tarrasque will have lair actions so no trying to transform it into a chicken ...

Updates: The fight will take place in a cavern, ceiling height 40ft. Character level cap is increased to level 12. Each player will start with TWO Potions of Superior Healing. Few things for when you are at Grim gaming - if you move the new terrain off the top of the table PLEASE ensure it goes on the convenient shelf under the tabletop rather than all over the place, that way we can check the correct amount.
Secondly - the new chairs are designed to be sat on in the standard way - don't sit on them sideways or lean back on them.
Finally - PLEASE DO NOT move terrain from the table near the till, we are working through it and making sure the correct amounts of terrain are in place. Thanks (school teacher telling off mode off :) )

Casual tier event, Premier format, constructed tournament legal deck required. Best of three rounds, 55 minutes per round, number of rounds dependent on number of players. Deck construction:
Exactly 1 leader and exactly 1 base
A minimum 50-card draw deck
A sideboard of up to 10 cards (Note: leaders and bases cannot be included in the sideboard)
All cards must be from sets designated as “Premier-legal,”.
Between the draw deck and sideboard, there can be no more than three (3) copies of any card. For this purpose, a “copy” is any card that shares a title and subtitle with another card, regardless if they have different art, foiling, or graphic design elements.
Prize support: Promo card per player, top 8, top 4, top 2 and winner also get further promo cards (promos and other prize support awaiting confirmations)
Deck lists are not required
