We also host FREE community, family-friendly events throughout the year, including craft fairs, record fairs, local musicians, Christmas events and the extremely popular Great Grimsby Food Fight. We also have a series of children’s events throughout the year such as kid’s summer clubs, Halloween workshop, dance clubs and a theatre group.

Looking for a friendly community group to join?

The Freeman Street Market Knit & Natter / Crochet Group meets every Thursday morning, 9:30am–12 noon, and new members are always welcome!

It’s just £2 per session, including tea/coffee and biscuits. ☕🍪
Even better, all money raised is donated to local charities. The group is currently putting together a list of local charities to support, so we’d love your suggestions.
