This weeks Stir-Fry is BBQ Pork!
All veg is from The veg stall

🥢🍯 Homemade Char Siu anyone? 🍯🥢

As someone who loves Chinese food, this pork tenderloin is right up my street! 😋
Ingredients

500g pork tenderloin
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Chinese five spice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sesame oil

Method

Remove any silver skin/sinew from the pork.
Mix all marinade ingredients together.
Coat the pork well and marinate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Roast at 200°C (180°C fan) for 20 minutes.
Brush with a little extra honey mixed with the leftover marinade.
Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until sticky and caramelised.
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
🍜 Serving Suggestion

Slice thinly and serve with:

Egg-fried rice 🍚
Stir-fried noodles 🍜
Pak choi or bean sprouts 🥬
