🖤💛 THE TROTTERS JOURNEY...
"We were never trying to build four stores."
That might sound strange...
But it's true.
When people look at Trotters today, they see four stores, thousands of products and a business that's constantly changing.
What they don't see is the question that's guided every decision we've ever made.
It was never...
"How many stores can we open?"
It was always...
"How can we make everyday life a little easier for local families?"
Sometimes that means helping someone finally finish decorating before the weekend is over.
Sometimes it's helping a family create a garden they're proud of.
Sometimes it's finding the right part for a DIY job, a new lead for the dog, a paddling pool for the grandchildren or simply that one item you've been searching everywhere for.
That's why our stores never stand still.
The products change.
The seasons change.
Our stores change.
Because life changes...
And we believe we should change with it.
Over the years we've added thousands of new products, introduced services like our Dog Wash, Key Cutting, Parcel Lockers, EV Charging, Laundrettes and so much more.
Not because we wanted to become bigger...
But because we wanted to solve more of the everyday problems our customers face.
When you really think about it...
We're not in the business of selling products.
We're in the business of helping people.
Helping you finish that project.
Helping you enjoy your home.
Helping you spend more time with your family.
Helping you make memories.
Helping to make life just that little bit easier.
That's the business we've always wanted to build.
And that's the business we'll keep building for many years to come.
