Tucked away at the yard, past the garden ornaments on your right, past the reclaimed pots, the mature trees, and our giant selection of reclaimed and new bricks, palates and pallets of them, past the decorative edging in concrete and clay, past the examined building stone on your left, and then our vast selection of reclaimed clay roofing tiles and caps... you’ll find this: the area of big stuff.

Hidden next to our big machinery and tractors, these bays are filled with dumper truck loads of large stone and cobble setts.

Don’t forget to walk every area of the yard, even the ones that look off limits. Everything’s for sale, and you never know what’s just come in with this week’s delivery.

You never quite know what you're going to find at the yard. We have a changing selection of reclaimed fireplace surrounds, from ornate Victorian pieces to simpler Edwardian designs, all with plenty of character and ready for their next home.

Our stock changes every week, so if you're looking for something particular, it's worth popping in regularly. You might just find the one you've been looking for.

Can you see the vision? 👀

Imagine what these gorgeous, long lengths of reclaimed solid wood flooring could look like after a good sand and a little TLC.

We’ve got containers full of reclaimed hardwood flooring, including floorboards salvaged from old dance halls, stately homes, schools and churches. There’s something pretty special about giving timber with a history a whole new life.

And reclaimed wood isn’t just beautiful — it can be incredibly practical too. Solid timber is built to last, and with a bit of work, reclaimed boards can be a brilliant choice for renovations, period properties and modern homes.

📍 A little bit tucked away… but definitely worth finding!

If you’ve never been to us before, you might wonder where on earth we are! 😂

We’re tucked away behind some residential houses at Wood Street Green, just a 5-minute drive from Guildford.

And yes… the signage is pretty minimal! So don’t worry if you think you’ve gone wrong. 👀

🚗 The lane is small and single-track, but once you reach the yard there’s plenty of room to turn around — even for larger vehicles.

🚚 So if you’re coming in a van or lorry to collect timber, flooring, sleepers or other reclaimed materials, don’t be put off by the approach. There’s space at the end to manoeuvre.

A few of the reclaimed metal finds currently around the yard 🔨

There’s always plenty to rummage through at Woodlands, and our metal stock is no exception. From old lampposts and garden furniture to ornate brackets, hand tools, fire grates and tree surrounds, there are plenty of useful and unusual pieces to spot.

This is just a small selection of what's currently here, and as always with reclaimed stock, it changes regularly.
