The times are changing…
After much thought and reflection, I have made the difficult decision to withdraw from the physical premises I’ve had the privilege to share with my lovely friend, Kim, in Chaloner Street.
2025 was a difficult year for me both personally and professionally.
I am incredibly fortunate to have experienced love, loyalty and support from my customers over the years I’ve been operating out of the shop yet the market for home & giftware is competitive and ever changing and, for me, it is no longer sustainable. Combine this with a need to be kinder to myself and seek balance, I feel it is the right choice and the right time.
Whilst it is not easy to step back and end this chapter (more of a heavy novel after all these years), I am looking to the future. I hope to spend more time designing and making things that I am passionate about and find alternative avenues to bring them to you.
Kim will be remaining in the premises as Daisy Bloom, and I look forward to watching her business go from strength to strength. Please keep paying her a visit for all your ladieswear and accessories needs. It is really quite something to have been a part of her journey too.
No doubt you’ll still see me hanging around and I’ll still be involved with Chaloner Street Market so it’s never ‘Goodbye’, simply, ‘See You’.
