So many high street and designers including strapless dresses within "race day sections" on their websites it's confusing to know what the dress code is so I thought I'd put a little reminder for those attending Royal Ascot this year...

Royal Ascot enclosure-- Hats are a must. A fascinator with a minimum of 10cm base is accepted. Dresses must be below knee length and straps must be wider than 2.5cm. Jumpsuits are permitted but must comply as above. Trousersuits also but must be of matching fabric and colour.

Queen Ann & Village Enclosure-- Dress/top & skirt with straps or halter. Jumpsuits or trouser suits. Hats/fascinators to be worn

Windsor Enclosure-- Formalwear. Hats and fascinators are encouraged but not required.
