As we move into the chaotic festive period and after the first Christmas market last weekend, unfortunately we feel that we have to post this. To keep our bakery a warm and welcoming place for everyone, we require all customers to treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Our team works tirelessly to prepare your drinks, cakes and orders with care, and they deserve to do their jobs in an environment free from rudeness and aggression. If an order has been missed by us whilst it is busy or if something is wrong with your order please be rest assured this is an accident and not been done on purpose and we will happily rectify any issue as quick as we possibly can.

Disrespectful or rude behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such behavior may be refused service or asked to leave.

Thank you for helping us maintain a friendly, safe, and positive atmosphere for both customers and employees. We appreciate your support and kindness—one treat at a time!
